1.1 Intermediary Status
Builders Bazar ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operates as an INTERMEDIARY PLATFORM as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
WE DO NOT:
Manufacture, stock, or sell any construction materials
Provide any construction services directly
Employ any vendors or suppliers listed on the Platform
Guarantee the quality, quantity, specifications, or fitness of any products
Assume responsibility for delivery timelines or fulfillment
Process payments between contractors and vendors
Provide any warranties on behalf of vendors
1.2 User Transactions
ALL TRANSACTIONS conducted through the Platform are directly between the Contractor and Vendor. Builders Bazar is NOT a party to any contract of sale, supply, or service between users.
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
2.1 No Warranty
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or completeness
Reliability or availability
Security or virus-free operation
2.2 Exclusion of Liability
BUILDERS BAZAR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
(a) Product/Service Issues:
Quality defects in materials supplied

Damage during transportation
Shortages or wrong deliveries

Loss of profits, revenue, or business
Loss of contracts or opportunities
Project delays or cost overruns

(c) User Conduct:
Fraudulent activities by users
Misrepresentation by vendors
Non-payment by contractors
Breach of agreements between users

Platform downtime or unavailability

Security breaches beyond reasonable control

2.3 Maximum Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
(a) The amount paid by you to Builders Bazar in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR
(b) ₹10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand Only)
